Arrived on a Monday night to live music and it was busy. Alfonso was on top of everything. Complimentary popcorn. Cold beers and margaritas. Had pepperoni and bee sting pizza. Super good! Nothing else on the menu- why mess with what works? Recommend!

Alfonso was the best! The environment was very welcoming and he made us fantastic margaritas/pizza. We went back twice and really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend.

Alfonso is very welcoming and hospitable. I was there about a year ago with a friend. We rented an ATV while riding the dirt road around the beach. We lost the key at one of the beaches. There was no wifi at the beach. I processed to head out to find wifi. Someone picked me up and dropped me off at El Vecino. Alfonso let me use his wifi to call the ATV rental place. Offered me a cold drink showed concern for my friend that I left with the ATV. He had his cook take me to pick up my friend at the beach where she was waiting. He made sure that we were ok. Everything turned out ok and we were very fortunate to have met him. We return last week to thank him again for his hospitality and actually try and enjoy his establishment. We were so lucky and blessed to become friends with Alfonso. Plus the pizza is the best.

Loved this place, the best pizza and margaritas with fresh oj in them.The owner was fantastic! and free fresh popcorn while you wait. We traveled the trail there worth the trip.

We loved everything about Alfonzo and his pizza bar. Best pizza in Mexico. The coldest beer I have ever had!! This place is great for everyone! Darts, jenga, foozball, and pool. And some great margaritas. It's a must stop if you're in El Cardonal!

Located right around the corner from Las Terrazas, El Vecino Bar is also a 10 minute walk from Casa Rodriguez. Alfonso, our friend and the owner of El Vecino, speaks great English and is super friendly! We love hanging out at the bar amongst locals and playing pool, darts and foosball with friends. The pizza is awesome! Pizza can take up to 20 minutes per pie, so come prepared to hang out! You can also order pizzas in advance and come back later to pick them up and bring them home.
